Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Foundessa website and, where applicable, your participation in Foundessa Lab, Foundessa Lab+, Foundessa Forward, and Foundessa Exchange. By using the site, submitting an application, or enrolling in an offering, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Foundessa Lab is a 30-day accelerator + build lab. Foundessa Lab+ includes Lab and additional, bounded done-with-you implementation support. Foundessa Forward is optional ongoing operating membership that includes Foundessa Exchange. Foundessa Exchange is an annual continuing membership for connection, resources, intelligence, opportunities, benefits, and selected programming without Forward's full operating cadence.

Founders are not automatically enrolled in Forward or Exchange after Lab. Any enrollment, pricing, billing interval, cancellation terms, and scope confirmed at checkout or in a separate written agreement control for that purchase.

Foundessa provides education, operating frameworks, feedback, community, and the specific support described for the offering you purchase. Lab+ implementation is bounded to the agreed sprint and is not unlimited consulting, custom software development, design, or 1:1 support. Foundessa does not guarantee admission, funding, investors, revenue, customers, product outcomes, or any other business result.

Foundessa is not an investment fund. Lab and Lab+ are 0% equity unless a separate, signed agreement expressly states otherwise.

You are responsible for your company, decisions, compliance obligations, and implementation. You agree to provide accurate information, protect confidential information shared within Foundessa, respect other participants, and not use the programs or community to harass, misrepresent, scrape, spam, or infringe another person’s rights.

Peachity may offer optional affiliated implementation services. Those services are separately scoped and quoted and are never required for Lab, Lab+, Forward, or Exchange. Tools, resources, benefits, experts, and partner opportunities may change and are not guaranteed unless expressly included in your enrollment materials.

Foundessa retains rights in its name, site, materials, and methods. You retain ownership of the information and company materials you provide. If you give feedback about Foundessa, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you without permission.

We may update the site or these Terms as Foundessa evolves. We may suspend or end access when necessary to protect participants, the service, or legal compliance. Any separate enrollment agreement may include additional cancellation, refund, or termination terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Foundessa is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the site or programs will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Foundessa is not responsible for independent founder decisions, third-party services, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
